AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT

Programs and Services

    The State of Utah complies with the Americans Services: with Disabilities Act (ADA) by providing qualified individuals with disabilities services, programs, and activities the State offers.

Employment

    The State of Utah complies with the ADA by providing employment opportunities to qualified individuals with disabilities.

Prohibitions  

    The ADA makes it unlawful to discriminate against a qualified individual with a disability. The ADA also provides that no qualified individual with a disability shall, by reason of such disability, be excluded from participation in or be subjected to discrimination by any such entity.
