NEW REPORTING REQUIREMENT: Healthcare Providers with a Third-Party Medical Records Service. On July 1, 2023, HB 312 was enacted which requires all healthcare providers who utilize the services of a third-party medical records company to report this information to the Division of Professional Licensing.
