INFO FOR ELEVATOR MECHANICS:

Continuing Education An Elevator Mechanic Licensee is obligated to complete eight hours of continuing education each licensing period. See Rule R156-55e-303 for details.

Beginning December 01, 2010, all courses must be approved by DOPL to be acceptable.

Elevator Mechanics may view a list of courses that have been approved by DOPL at http://www.utah.gov/ce-public

Continuing Education Providers MUST submit all courses to DOPL for approval. This can be done online at https://secure.utah.gov/ce-provider
