Exam Information

The Dentistry profession has four license classifications that require an examination. Specific information for each exam requirement is listed in the tabs below.

Dental Hygienist

There are two examination requirements for this license classification. Both are listed below.

  • National Board Exam Examination
  • (1) any one of the following examinations:
    (a) the WREB examination, with a passing score as established by the WREB;
    (b) the CDCA examination, with a passing score as established by the CDCA;
    (c) the SRTA examination, with a passing score as established by the SRTA;
    (d) the CRDTS examination, with a passing score as established by the CRDTS; or
    (e) the CITA examination, with a passing score as established by the CITA: and
