NEW REPORTING REQUIREMENT | Healthcare Providers with a Third-Party Medical Records Service

On July 1, 2023, HB 312 was enacted which requires all healthcare providers who utilize the services of a third-party medical records company to report this information to the Division of Professional Licensing. Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact (ASLP-IC)
