Construction Business Registry (CBR) Facts:

• Participation is optional
• Licensees can opt-in or opt-out at any time
• Licensees can choose what contact information they want to provide (mailing address, email address, phone number)
• Licensees can update their contact information at any time

Utah State Legislation passed Part 7 of the Utah Construction Trades Licensing Act, 58-55, introducing the Construction Business Registry, during the 2022 General Session.
