Apply for an Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) License

If you are intending to apply under the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) with Utah as your State of Principle Licensure, you will first need to be licensed in good standing in Utah.  To begin the process you will need to apply via the IMLCC.org website .  Utah will then notify you with further instruction.  For more information please review the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact .
