Probation and Compliance
Welcome!
Disciplinary action is sometimes warranted against a licensee or a license. One type of discipline often used is "Probation". A licensee is typically placed on probation only after an investigation of an alleged complaint is completed, and when the licensee agrees to the terms and conditions of a probation program.
