Apply for a Master Therapeutic Recreation Specialist License

The following requirements must be met:

$70 fee non refundable
Submit 2 hours of suicide prevention training program
Official Transcripts documenting completion an approved graduate Masters degree in recreational therapy
Copy of National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification (NCTRC)
Verification of lawful work experience form on page 4 of the application*
*Each supervisor must complete a separate form and hours from all forms must total 4,000
