Apply for a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist License

The following requirements must be met:

$70 fee non refundable
Submit 2 hours of suicide prevention training program
Official Transcripts documenting completion of a bachelor's degree in therapeutic recreation or recreational therapy
Official Transcripts must also document a required practicum
Copy of National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification (NCTRC)
