If you are currently licensed as a Therapeutic Recreational Specialist in a state, territory, or district of the United States you may qualify for licensure by endorsement. Click here for additional information.

The following requirements must be met:

$70 fee non refundable
Submit 2 hours of suicide prevention training program
Verification of Therapeutic Recreational Technician Education form on page 5 of the application
