Contractor Renewal Cycle Open Now!

The contractor renewal cycle will open on September 3, 2025 . All contractor licenses issued before December 1, 2024 will expire on November 30, 2025. Please check your email, including your spam folder, for information about how to renew your license. For all active licenses - be prepared to upload your liability certificate of insurance and your workers' compensation policy or waiver (issued by the Labor Commission). Utah's New Optional Residential Construction Agreement Now Available
