Exam Information

There are two classifications of licensure for Hearing Instruments: Hearing Instrument Specialist and Hearing Instrument Intern. The examination requirements for each are listed in the tabbed section below.

Hearing Instrument Intern | Direct Supervision

Utah Hearing Instrument Specialists Law and Rule Examination *
