Utah State Hair Safety Course and Examination

To obtain your Hair Safety Permit you will be required to take a two-hour course and receive a score of 75% or higher on the accompanying exam.

To register for the course, see the section below "To Schedule an Exam". Your scores will be electronically delivered to the Division. The Division will process your exam and issue the Hair Safety Permit to the email address you provided to our exam vendor during your registration.
