If you are currently licensed as a Massage Therapist in a state, territory, or district of the United States you may qualify for licensure by endorsement. Click here for additional information.

The following requirements must be met:

  • Fingerprint cards Click here to visit our Fingerprint Information Page for details
  • Request from the FSMTB or the NCBTMB to have your national examination results transferred to the Division
  • You (or your school) are ready to upload a Verification of your Massage Therapy Education (including curriculum breakdown) OR Verification of your Apprentice Program (apprenticeship logs)
