To address the potential shortage of IV and peritoneal dialysis solutions due to Hurricane Helene, the Division of Professional Licensing in collaboration with the Utah Board of Pharmacy, issued the following policies.

NEW REPORTING REQUIREMENT | Healthcare Providers with a Third-Party Medical Records Service

On July 1, 2023, HB 312 was enacted which requires all healthcare providers who utilize the services of a third-party medical records company to report this information to the Division of Professional Licensing. Elimination of DATA-Waiver Program
