The following requirements must be met:

Official transcripts documenting completion of an associate degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning.
Official transcript documenting completion of prerequisite courses from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning in human growth and development and in general psychology.
Official transcript documenting completion of a substance use disorder program from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning than include 200 hours of substance use disorder education, a 200-hour practicum, and 2 hours of suicide prevention training.

Official score reports of passing the NCC AP Exam, NCC AP MAC Exam, ADC Exam or the AADC Exam. More information can be found on our Exam Information website.
