Apply for a Residential Journeyman Plumber License (Utah Applicants)

The following requirements must be met:

6,000 hours of experience as a licensed Apprentice Plumber working under the supervision of a licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber.
Completion of a 3 year (at least 432 classroom hours) approved apprentice plumber education program.
Pass the Utah Residential Plumber Theory and Practical exams.

12,000 hours of licensed plumber experience working under the supervision of a licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber.
Pass the Utah Residential Plumber Theory and Practical exams.
