Controlled Substance Database

Beginning January 1, 2022, Utah Code Annotated 58-37-22 requires that most prescriptions issued for a controlled substance be transmitted electronically as an electronic prescription. There is a list of vendors of electronic prescribing systems who may be able to service a provider's electronic prescribing needs.
